Shipments and Returns

YOU’RE PACK SHIPMENT:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

YOUR SATISFACTION WITH ANY PURCHASE IS THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS.

ALL ITEMS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CUSTOM WORKS OF ART, CAN BE RETURNED BY BUYER FOR EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY, LESS 50% RESTOCKING FEE AND LESS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. (SORRY NO RETURNS IS ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAY)

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

CUSTOM WORKS OF ART ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOUR SCULPTURE ARRIVES DAMAGED, WE OFFER REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. IN THIS SITUATION, THE DAMAGED ITEM MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. WE WOULD PAY THE RETURN FREIGHT.
